Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at
a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.You don't see it, but it's

Internship & Co-op Program, where you will Learn, Engage, Apply,
and Progress within the company. The LEAP Program will provide you
with the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals on

network with our business leaders and the other students in the
program.Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this
specific position requires US citizenship.The Role: In this role,
you will:
- Lead factory continuous improvement activities and projects at
our Austin manufacturing site.
- Provide support to manufacturing personnel.
- Generate and implement systems to improve manufacturing
processes.
- Source and design tooling and fixtures for use in the
factory.
- Perform time studies and capacity analyses.
- Participate in LEAP Intern events and activities.Who You Are:

ahead.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- U.S. Citizenship.
- Candidate for a Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics field and will have completed their
Junior year of college prior to start of internship.
- Motivated individual with strong problem-solving abilities and
ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent team player who is willing to contribute and
learn.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with data collection methods and data analysis
techniques.
- Experience writing and interacting with technical
documentation.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) programs (AutoCAD,
Creo, etc.)Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $48620 -
$65670Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
experience.Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE
Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k)
savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are
eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and
