Our employees work on the world's most advanced electronics, you'll be among the brightest minds, working on the aerospace and defense industry's most difficult problems. We are looking for a PEL who can coordinate and manage the engineering activities and is interested in leadership role in a growing Product Line. The successful candidate will serve as a PEL working as part of the Engineering Leadership team for the Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Product Line. ACES is a diverse and growing product line with several advanced technology development programs as well as high-rate production programs with a common mission to protect the warfighter. • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, and at least 12 years of experience in engineering development of complex electronic systems and the transition to manufacturing
• Experience leading diverse multi-disciplinary teams in the solution of complex technical problems
• Project engineering management including organizational design, planning, estimating, design management, and product verificationPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Direct experience supporting Department of Defense Classified Development Programs
  • Experience using Design to Cost (DTC) methods; leading to technical solutions that meet affordability and producibility requirementsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $143000 - $243100Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
