Volt is immediately hiring for Collections Specialist in Waco, TX.

As a Collections Specialist, you will:

Work on a 9-month project while the customer is implementing new software.
Make 40 to 60 calls daily to contact customers with overdue accounts.
Verify invoice accuracy, address errors, issue new invoices if necessary, or identify any unknown problems.
Contact customers 2-3 times and involve the Branch Manager if additional assistance is needed.
Use MS Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and payments collected.
Ensure a positive customer service experience during phone calls by being polite and respectful.

This is a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Previous experience with collections software.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
